We are the IAM National Benefit Funds Office. The Benefit Funds Office is comprised of the IAM National Pension Fund (IAMNPF), IAM Benefit Trust Fund (IAMBTF), and the National 401(k) Fund. The jobs listed below are are for the IAMNPF.

The IAMNPF is committed to providing our participants and their spouse with a defined-benefit pension plan for their retirement. The Fund is a Top Five Multiemployer Pension Plan in the United States. We have education representatives, communicators, pension analysts, lawyers, accountants and more.
