Effective January, 2019, all Benefit Recipients must receive their payments via Direct Deposit. This helps to ensure on-time delivery of payments every month. The effective date of direct deposits is the first business day of the month.

When your pension begins, you receive a benefit payment each month (unless you receive a mandatory cash-out payment or you have elected a voluntary cash-out payment of your benefit). 

Once you have set up direct deposit, you can verify your direct deposit information online anytime by logging in to your PSS account. If you have not logged into the PSS website since May 3, 2012, or have not signed up for PSS, you are considered a New User.

As an alternative, you can download the direct deposit form here (PDF), or request a copy from the Fund Office. You may return the paper form to the our customer service team at contact@iamnpf.org.
