Annual 1099-R Tax Forms

Benefit Recipients may view, download, and print their 2021 Form 1099-R tax documents through PSS.                                                                                                                                                                          
• If you are an existing user, you can log in via the PSS login screen.
• If you do not have an account, you can create one by clicking the register button via the PSS login screen.

The 2021 1099-R forms will also be mailed to benefit recipients no later than January 31, 2022. The United States Postal System is currently experiencing a high volume of mail during these unprecedented times; therefore, you may experience some delays in receiving information from the IAM National Pension Fund.

If you do not receive your Form 1099-R in the mail, please make sure the Fund has your correct address by logging into PSS. If your address is incorrect, you may mail, email, or fax a written request to the Fund Office to update your address.
